Filling

Filling is a method of giving a tooth damaged by caries its normal function and appearance.

When filling, it first removes the rotten tooth tissue and cleans the area affected by the caries. Then this cleaned cavity fills with filler material. It also tries to prevent the progression of caries by closing the cavities where bacteria can enter with a filling. The materials used for filling are gold, porcelain, composite resin (tooth-colored filling) and amalgam (mercury silver, copper, tin, and sometimes zinc alloy).

Implant

An Implant is an artificial tooth root made to replace missing teeth to perform their functions and placed in the jawbone.

The building material of the implant is mostly titanium.

Implants manufactured with very advanced technology are in The Shape of screws.

Implant is a safe treatment method.

Implants are very long-lasting. It has been observed that they remain in the mouth smoothly for 30 to 40 years.

If there is an appropriate amount of bone for the placement of implants, the implant can be applied for one tooth or for multiple teeth.

The bone structure of the patient to whom the Implant will be applied must also be large and high enough to carry this implant. If the patient has a bone deficiency, the patient’s bone structure can be made suitable for implant use with some bone insertion and soft tissue grafting techniques to be applied.

Implants do not cause problems as an aesthetic image.

There is no age limit for having an Implant. But in cases at a very young age, it is necessary that the patient has completed puberty.

Implant tooth transplantation operations are usually performed with local anesthesia and no pain is felt.

The treatment process may vary depending on the patient’s bone structure and general condition. In very good cases, implant operations can be completed within 15 minutes. In addition, the number of implants to be applied is also an important factor in determining the treatment process.

With Implant treatment, food can be chewed much better and everything you want can be eaten comfortably.

We usually recommend a day or two rest after surgery. At the site of surgery, there may be slight swelling, pain and bruising

Coating

If your tooth has been damaged but not damaged enough to be pulled, the coating can restore the function of the tooth. Coating protects your tooth from further damage. In the following cases, our tooth may need coating:

  • Broken teeth
  • Canal treated teeth
  • If you have a very large filling on your tooth
  • Over-colored, stained teeth
  • In perplexed teeth

Coatings can be made with various materials such as metal, porcelain, metal-backed porcelain. Coatings are used smoothly for at least 10 years when well maintained.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.

Prosthetic Dental Treatment / Prosthesis

Prosthetic teeth are artificial teeth that are prepared to replace teeth that have been lost for various reasons. With the application of prosthetic teeth, the patient’s aesthetic appearance is preserved and the teeth continue to function in functions such as chewing and speech.

Types of prosthetics include:

Fixed prosthesis: these are adhesive prostheses that the patient cannot remove himself.

Movable prostheses: these are prostheses that the patient can wear and remove at any time.

Total dentures: applied to mouths where all teeth are missing.

Partial dentures: partially applied to toothless mouths. Retention is provided by nails and hooks that come on the teeth.

Ordodonti

Elimination of gaps and bumps between teeth are the topics of this section. Orthodontic treatment can be applied at any age.

Periodontology

This is the section where treatments for gum and tooth circumference bone diseases are carried out. Aesthetic applications such as eliminating the problem of too much gum ( Gummy Smile) are also performed.

Periodontal diseases begin with gingivitis (gingivitis). In gingivitis, the gums bleed, red and grow in volume. It may not cause much discomfort at an early stage, but if left untreated, the disease progresses to periodontitis, causing irreversible damage to the alveolar bone that supports the gums and teeth.

Restorative Dental Treatment

Smile design can be defined as providing an ideal smile by applying medicine and art together. A number of personal aesthetic expectations of the individual are combined with health and naturalness and a smile design is planned. Smile Design is performed by a team including prosthetics, periodontologists and orthodontists.

Oral, dental and Maxillofacial Surgery

*Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery, part of all soft tissues in the mouth (tongue ,cheek, lip, salivary glands, etc.) diagnosis and surgical treatment of all kinds of diseases and diseases of the teeth, jaws and jaw joint are carried out.
